1. General Terms All sales of HPMC, MHEC, HEC and related cellulose ether products are conducted under strict B2B industrial standards. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
• Products are chemical raw materials, not consumer goods
• Minor variations in physical appearance do not constitute quality issues
• Buyer is responsible for confirming product suitability before purchase 2. Strict No-Return Policy Due to the nature of chemical materials, all sales are final once shipped, except under clearly proven quality failure confirmed by both parties.
The following cases are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Buyer’s improper application, formulation failure, or incorrect usage
• Storage damage due to humidity, temperature, or contamination after delivery
• Wrong product selection by buyer
• Minor performance differences within specification range
• Delayed claims beyond the agreed inspection period 3. Required Evidence for Claims To ensure fairness and avoid misuse, buyers must provide complete and verifiable evidence, including:
• Original batch number (important)
• Unopened packaging photos/videos
• Detailed description of issue • Third-party laboratory test report (if applicable)
• Storage and application conditions Claims without sufficient evidence will be automatically rejected.
4. Seller’s Evaluation Rights The seller reserves the full right to:
• Conduct internal or third-party re-testing
• Determine whether the product is within specification
• Reject claims that do not meet technical standards
• Decide final resolution method Final interpretation of product quality rests with the seller based on COA and test data.
5. Resolution Methods If a claim is approved after verification, the seller may choose one of the following solutions:
• Partial compensation (credit note)
• Replacement of affected quantity
• Discount adjustment on future orders Refunds are not the default option and will only be considered in exceptional cases.
6. Shipping & Risk Transfer All shipments are made under agreed Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP etc.)
Risk transfers to buyer once goods are handed to carrier
Seller is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or logistics damage
7. Storage Responsibility Disclaimer Buyer must ensure proper storage conditions including:
• Dry an ventilated environment
• Avoid moisture and direct sunlight
• Sealed packaging after opening
• Seller is not responsible for performance degradation caused by improper storage. 8. Final Agreement By placing an order, the buyer confirms full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
